Made-to-Order Items

Please note that all of our garments are made to order, ensuring a unique and personalized experience. Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any Made-to-Order products. 

Exchanges

Exchanges for incorrect items received/ordered or store credit must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of physically receiving the item

Exchanges Rules

• Exchanges accepted for 30 days
• Customer provides return shipping
• 25% restocking fee
• MADE TO ORDER Products NOT eligible for exchange.
