Because Made To Order items are exactly that, Made To Order, the time of production may vary depending on the type of product purchased. Once production is completed, orders will ship typically within 7-10 business days. 

High volume and/or holidays may cause slight delays.

GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Starpo Shop items that are not Made To Order typically process within 24-48 hours. Once processed, orders will typically ship within 7-10 business days.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Order items vary in production time. Once the Pre-Order window has concluded, production has completed, and any remaining payments have been processed, all orders will be processed and fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Once processed, orders will typically ship within 7-10 business days.

Pre-Orders will only ship once the Pre-Order date ends and production of all items has been completed! This time may vary depending on volume of orders.
